FINANCIAL PLANNING
ABOUT OUR FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES
1) INVESTMENT CONSULTING
One of the first areas of financial planning that we address is investment management. This is the area where problems are generally the most apparent and often relatively easy to fix. For instance, you may not be earning the rate of return that your portfolio is based on. By implementing a rational investment plan and ensuring that you’re proud of the investments you’ve made through values-based investing, we’ll have greater confidence in the plan moving forward.
2) TAX PLANNING
Constitution Wealth will use strategies to maximize the tax efficiency of your current assets and cash flow while achieving growth and preservation goals. Your charitable contributions could be saving you thousands of dollars, you just need a team of experts to find those opportunities.
3) ASSET PROTECTION AND INSURANCE
We will employ any possible legal and financial strategies to ensure wealth isn’t unjustly taken from you.
4) RELATIONSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
Constitution Wealth’s wealth management plan is driven by putting your core values at the heart of everything we do. By collaborating with a hand-selected team of leading professionals in their field, we strategize to identify where the biggest opportunities are to deliver maximum benefit, all with your core values at the center. We will address the most pressing needs first and then systematically address all of your financial life as we continue to work together and build a relationship on trust and mutual traditional, family-oriented values.
5) CHARITABLE GIVING
Based on your core values, Constitution Wealth will identify the best strategies to maximize your opportunities to make a difference in the communities you’re passionate about. Using traditional, family-oriented values we’ll find charitable giving opportunities to further your legacy.
6) ESTATE PLANNING
We’ll use strategies to legally structure the disposition of your assets for the maximum benefit of those you leave behind because we understand the importance of having strong family values. Constitution Wealth will implement careful planning to mitigate estate taxes.

WHAT IS A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER PROFESSIONAL?
The Certified Financial Planner professional designation is the only financial planning certification requiring financial planners to put the needs of the client before their own. Financial planners who earn CFP meet rigorous standards of professionalism and ethics and are required to uphold the values of the CFP Board. Values such as confidentiality, integrity, competence, diligence, fairness, objectivity and professionalism. Constitution Wealth financial planners undergo this rigorous certification program to prove their competency and dedication to giving our clients the best possible financial planning experience.
CHOOSING A FINANCIAL PLANNER
Last time you worked with a financial planner and stepped back to evaluate your wealth, what did you see? Like most people, you probably saw taking inventory on your savings and checking balances, investment accounts, expenses and most other things of monetary value.
You’re not alone! Financial planning is more than just a numbers game. At Constitution Wealth, we understand that. Having a CFP professional like we have at Constitution Wealth, you’ll have someone dedicated not only to growing your financial portfolio, but to offering up investment opportunities based on your core values, so you can be proud of your investments. Our financial experts will get to know you, your family and your goals.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FEE-ONLY AND FEE-BASED FINANCIAL PLANNERS?
This is a question we answer all the time because it’s important to understand the differences between the two types of financial professionals.
Constitution Wealth is a fee-only firm, meaning we conduct business based on having a fiduciary duty to you. By law, we must have your best interest at heart. So not only are we interested in creating financial plans with your values at the center, but we’re legally required to! We don’t accept fees or commissions based on product sales. We provide advice based on a percentage of your assets under management.
Fee-based financial planners operate by charging fees and commissions based on the products they sell but they don’t have a duty to disclose their method of compensation. That means clients are subject to hidden fees that can dilute their portfolios, tempting advisors to suggest products that result in higher commission for them and less financial benefit for you.
